Taste and see that the Lord is good

Christian Women Crossing Cultures

These words broadly summarize Peanut Butter for the Soul’s focus … and the occasional random ones I might choose.

This blog is mostly for women, and about a female perspective on life. I am not a women’s rights activist, although I know that women are always right! As you get to know me better, you will soon understand my sense of humour — I hope.

Living in a culturally diverse world as a Christian woman can be a sticky thing. And this is where the peanut butter comes in.

This blog will not offer you quick fixes for your spiritual and cross-cultural challenges. But I would probably have the occasional “5 Most Effective Prayers” or “7 Best Tips to Love a Difficult Neighbour” entries.

The Iso people are real. We lived with them for ten years! But “Iso” and “Isoni” are pseudonyms, as well as most names of the people I talk about. Their names have been changed for security reasons.

The blog entries are not in chronological order. You can read it here in chronological order.
